System Type:
7-level semi-automated puzzle parking system built as three independent towers delivering 108 parking spaces. Exterior-rated, winterized, and equipped with RAUL for real-time diagnostics and usage tracking.

Project Overview:
Located in downtown Salt Lake City, this automated parking system replaces over 17,000 square feet of conventional parking with just 3,150 square feet. Three independent towers, each seven levels tall, deliver year-round performance in extreme temperature conditions.

While this project uses a puzzle parking configuration, the engineering principles are shared with modern parking stacker systems , including vertical optimization, mechanical redundancy, and intelligent controls.
