Pre-Installation Coordination
Before installation even begins, we roll up our sleeves and get involved with the GC team:
Our field superintendent visits the site during the submittal process to meet with your superintendent, review field conditions, and go over the install timeline.
We coordinate with the electrical contractor to define power disconnect locations, plan internet drops, and ensure a first-time-right install.
We collaborate with the fire suppression contractor and your MEP teams to minimize rework and align with our equipment zones.
We’ve been asked, “How do you install such massive machines in such small garages?” Easy — if space wasn’t tight, you wouldn’t need us. This is our element. We specialize in tight logistics, and we’ll help you make it successful.

Installation Day: What to Expect
Our crew arrives with forklifts, scissor lifts, toolboxes, and a game plan.
We meet with your team on Day 1 to confirm layout, safety, and delivery sequence.
We clarify when we’ll need permanent power, internet, and final inspections.
We explain what completion looks like — and when it will happen.
