Real-time Analysis and User Logging, or RAUL, is a user-friendly presentation and streamlining of live system data that can track and analyze the quality of the system at any given moment. It can also help technicians gather key insights into system functionality and performance, allowing for preventative measures to be taken before problems arise, as well as remote and on-site maintenance where necessary. |

| Power Managment | The system includes a Control backup system that can maintain the operation of the computer for up to 90 minutes. This ensures that even during a power outage, the system can safely keep information on the current condition of the equipment. **Please note that the battery backup system is not designed to operate the equipment during a power loss. | |||
| Monitoring | Equipped with a camera for each group, our remote assistance allows for a next level of efficiency to diagnose errors and potential issues with the system. | Internet Connectivity | To use the R.A.U.L system, a solid internet connection is required, which must be provided by the property. Wifi is acceptable in special cases, but we recommend using a wired connection for optimal reliability and performance. | |||||
| Monitoring | Please note that only qualified Trivial personnel can access or use the R.A.U.L system. This ensures that the system is operated safely and correctly, and that any issues or problems are quickly and effectively resolved. | |||||
| Service | While no service contract is required for Trivial to provide preventive services or onsite support, there is a monthly service fee of $100 per unit per month. This fee covers remote monitoring and support. | |||||
| Minimum Quantity | To ensure optimal performance, we recommend installing at least one R.A.U.L system per group, along with one camera per group. In some cases, additional cameras may be required to provide complete coverage of the lift. | |||||
