Project Details

Located in the heart of Santa Clara, the Prado project features a space-maximizing +1 configuration designed and installed by The Trivial Company. With a total of 42 puzzle parking spaces, this system leverages an innovative tandem layout to make use of the property’s limited depth while still providing ample vehicle storage.

The design includes traverse platforms that allow cars to access rear spaces without blocking one another — an efficient solution made possible by Trivial’s generation 8 platform technology. These traverse platforms move side-to-side, offering access to both front and rear stalls. The front row serves as a dynamic lane, shifting left or right to make way for retrieval or parking.

Despite being a single-level garage, the system was configured to operate without pits, yet still allow stacked parking in a compact footprint. Safety fences and FOB operation are standard, ensuring 24/7 reliability and user-friendly controls for property managers and residents.

Thanks to our custom PLC logic, we maintained flow and access for tenants without blocking exit paths — even at the furthest stalls. The system’s ability to balance flexibility and structure makes it ideal for high-density urban properties like this one.
