One of the Largest Single-Group Mechanized Parking Systems in America
The All Storage Parking System is a groundbreaking six-level, 110-space puzzle parking installation—one of the largest of its kind in the United States. Designed to maximize efficiency within a limited footprint, this innovative system occupies just 4,140 ft² compared to the 17,600 ft² a conventional parking lot would require for the same capacity.

Smart Design for High-Density, Secure Vehicle Storage
Located in Las Vegas, this state-of-the-art mechanized parking system was engineered for a luxury vehicle storage facility, offering secure, space-efficient parking for a range of vehicle types, including SUVs, crossovers, and full-size cars.

The tandem configuration allows vehicles to be parked in both front and rear positions, effectively doubling capacity within the same structure. The system layout includes:

• Six levels high
• Ten parking stalls wide in the front row
• Ten additional tandem stalls in the rear
• Total capacity: 110 parking spaces

Completion and Partnership – The All Storage Parking System was originally left incomplete due to unforeseen challenges by another company. That’s when The Trivial Company stepped in, bringing the expertise needed to successfully complete the installation, including:

• Mechanical systems
• Electronics and controls
• Custom software programming for seamless operation

Since January 2022, we have maintained and serviced this system, ensuring continued reliability and performance.

Partnership with ZLT Automated
Through this project, The Trivial Company became the certified installer for ZLT Automated in the United States, the original manufacturer of this system. Today, as an official ZLT partner, we:

• Design, build, and maintain mechanized parking solutions
• Carry OEM parts to support and optimize these systems
• Collaborate with manufacturers to enhance technology and efficiency
