The Cerrito Mayfair property features a 61-space, two-level semi-automated puzzle parking system (2LP), designed for efficient urban parking. Built in 2021, the system consists of 7 independent puzzle groups and has been under The Trivial Company’s service and maintenance since its completion in 2022.
With a 99% reliability rating, this advanced parking solution ensures smooth, uninterrupted operation while maximizing parking efficiency.
🔹 EV Charging Integration – Equipped with 5 dedicated EV chargers seamlessly integrated into one of the 2LP systems.
🔹 Independent Space Control – Each parking space can be individually disabled for service without affecting the entire puzzle system’s functionality.
🔹 Height Extensions – The system was upgraded to provide additional clearance for upper-level spaces, allowing accommodation for larger vehicles.
This system was originally designed by CityLift Parking but left incomplete before full deployment. The Trivial Company stepped in to successfully complete the installation, including:
