The 3-Level Puzzle System (3LP Series) is a high-capacity, modular parking solution designed to maximize space in dense environments. Each vehicle has independent access, and the system is fully configurable for sedans, SUVs, or fleet vehicles. Ideal for multifamily, office, and fleet applications, the 3LP is available in standard, tandem, and pit configurations — supporting up to 70% more capacity with pit construction. Highly customizable, the 3LP can be configured from 2 to 12 spaces wide per group and includes options like flat pallets, high-weight capacity platforms, and EV charging integration. All systems are pre-configured to support Level 1 and Level 2 EV chargers per space. Its robust design makes it suitable for trained users or valet-only operations, and it seamlessly integrates with MEP layouts. The system includes weather, drainage, and elevation specifications to ensure long-term durability and operational reliability — even in challenging site conditions.
